We all knew it was coming but it's like a shot to the gut just the same.

Rush Limbaugh, conservative icon, talk radio GOAT, huge-brained phenom, immensely influential culture warrior/leader, and American hero, has died.

I have a lot I'd like to say but I don't have it in me rn. I probably should've had it pre-written. But now this news kinda sucked all the energy out of me today so this will be short.

Suffice it to say: If you don't understand what the big deal is, and you identify as a conservative, you need to take some time today to educate yourself about just how much you owe this great man. He was the King Leonidas of conservatism. And he went out like a warrior.
