British show This Morning featured pet psychic Beth Lee-Crowther this week – alongside and her dog, Misty – to talk about her ability to communicate telepathically with animals and promote her book "Everything You Need to Know to Become a Pet Psychic."

Well, she didn't get a good reading from her own dog apparently, because as soon as the segment started, he wandered off and started foraging through the set kitchen.

At the 1:45 mark, the host asks, "What do you think Misty's thinking right now?" as the dog digs into a gourmet meal that was definitely not intended to become dog food.

In fact, one of the hosts says the chicken was cooked by celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott!

The funniest thing to me is that the hosts and psychic just continue on as if she's a legitimate pet psychic who we should take very seriously. I think her credibility just wandered off along with her dog.

Seriously, she can "talk with animals" but doesn't know how to actually command them to behave?

You don't even have to be psychic to know that a dog is going to go after the delicious-smelling chicken on set. You don't even have to own a pet to know that.

The pet psychic made sure to explain the dog's behavior by saying at the end of the segment that,

She's a really good girl, she's had a hard life. She's very greedy because she was rescued, and eh, obviously food is a big thing for her now. So sorry about the chicken.
