ALRIGHT THIS DANG STANLEY CUP FAD HAS GONE TOO FAR.

Dayna Motycka got her nine-year-old daughter a knockoff Stanley cup for $10 that she thought was cute, but her daughter ended up being bullied for it.

Upon returning to class after Christmas break, her daughter was teased by 10 female classmates for the fake cup.

They made sure to let her know that this is not a real Stanley, that this is fake and it's not as cool … She asks if she can have a real Stanley.

Do I think that a 9-year-old needs a Stanley? No.

Do I have one? Yes, I have one. I don't have 50 Stanleys in all different colors.

I'm not going to Target and fighting other women or moms to try and get the new Valentine's Day one. I have one.

I love capitalism and all, but I've never been a fan of the perpetual trend-chasing lifestyle our society seems to be obsessed with.

Since her daughter was bullied over not having the "real" thing, Danya felt like she needed to go out and get a real Stanley cup for her.

Dayna's video received over 3.4 million views, and lots of people chimed in, some with supportive messages like, "You should be proud of your self-awareness here! Sounds like you're def trying your best," and, "Being a mom is hard, being a decent human being is hard to find. You're doing great, we can't get it right all the time."

"I hear you, completely, and I applaud your honesty, but we pay the bills … when they pay the bills … they can buy it," another stated.

Others were a tad more critical.

I get it and all, but I am not sure giving in to nine-year-old bullies is the way to go. Haven't we all been bullied for one reason or another? (Cause I have!)
