In the case, South Carolina and Planned Parenthood faced off on the right to access taxpayer funds allotted for Medicaid.
Planned Parenthood wanted more of those sweet tax dollars to keep their abortion empire running, even though they claim none of the funds are used for abortions.
By removing abortion providers from Medicaid, states remove incentives for women to go to such facilities and undercut their bottom lines.
The governor of South Carolina had this to say:
McMaster first tried to block abortion providers from receiving Medicaid in 2018. He has fought for seven years against a slew of baby killers and activist judges.

The ruling authored by Justice Neil Gorsuch and joined by the rest of the court's conservatives closes off Planned Parenthood's primary court path to keeping Medicaid funding in place: lawsuits from patients.
While Medicaid law allows people choose their own provider, it doesn't make that a right enforceable in court, the justices found.
The three liberal women on the Court voted in favor of Planned Parenthood, of course.
More good news:
The budget bill backed by President Donald Trump in Congress would also cut Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood. That could force the closure of about 200 centers, most of them in states where abortion is legal, the organization has said.
