This taxpayer-funded Los Angeles non-profit appears to have turned into a crack house

A Fox 11 report has exposed a nonprofit called Homeless Healthcare Los Angeles, only to find it was little more than a taxpayer-funded crackhouse and drug dealing operation.

The "healthcare" organization claims to pass out clean needles and crack pipes to help reduce infections and illnesses among drug-addicted homeless in Skid Row.

Video from the investigation showed people doing drugs at the front door:

It even showed a worker fist-bumping a drug dealer stationed outside:

Estella Lopez, the Executive Director of LA Downtown Industrial Business Improvement District, raised the alarm over this nonprofit:

'What you see in this video is nothing short of the worst drug location in Skid Row right now and that's saying a lot. Because Skid Row is the drug overdose capital of Los Angeles ... It looks very much like a government-run crackhouse on the sidewalk. How else can you describe this?'

When shown video evidence of what was going on, the LA County Dept. of Public Health doubled down with the following statement:

The county also plans to open 2 additional government-funded crackhouses in the same area.

Los Angeles, this is how your taxes are being used. It's no wonder people are leaving for red states like Texas and Florida!
