Biden DOJ joins ACLU in suing Tennessee over law making it illegal to (this isn't satire) knowingly spread HIV

Nothing going on here, it's just the Biden Admin fighting for your inalienable right to spread HIV to whoever you want with no consequences!

Yeah, the Biden Admin is actually suing the state of Tennessee under The Americans With Disabilities Act to allow people to spread HIV to their sexual partners without having to disclose the disease.

Just like the founders envisioned!

This is from the press release:

'The enforcement of state criminal laws that treat people differently based on HIV status alone and that are not based on actual risks of harm, discriminate against people living with HIV,' said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division. 'People living with HIV should not be subjected to a different system of justice based on outdated science and misguided assumptions. This lawsuit reflects the Justice Department's commitment to ensuring that people living with HIV are not targeted because of their disability.'

The law, to be clear, supposedly "discriminates" against people with HIV because it makes it illegal to spread HIV to people without telling them!

The Biden Admin thinks you have the right to KNOWINGLY, PURPOSEFULLY spread AIDS and they will take you to court over it!

So does the American Civil Liberties Union.

Imagine having any other deadly, chronic disease and thinking you have the right to give it to other people. This is the same government that called anti-maskers murderers, mocked our rights, and shuttered schools and churches over Covid!!

Here's a helpful legal explainer:

Sorry, I just had to put that in here.

I mean, what is the Biden camp thinking with this one?

Are the adults back in charge yet??
