Appalling. This is really messed up.
The criminal who clipped this guy ran a curb at an intersection and sent him flying, then ditched the scene.
Meanwhile, the people in the area didn't call the cops or film the criminal's license plate, but instead ran over to steal the victim's valuables.
I really pray our cities can be restored and revitalized one day.
But dark stuff like this makes me realize it's gonna have to be an act of God.
