The majority of every demographic group except one (guess who) thinks the raid on Trump is what you'd expect in 3rd world countries

You turn on the news and you see it: The president of a nation has used the state police to raid the previous president's home.

The previous president is a rival who might run for office again and still has a tremendous amount of support. Judges and state officials are paraded out to tell the people why the previous president is a criminal; state media then spends ample time explaining why this investigation is just and right.

In the past, you'd expect to see such a spectacle in Cameroon, Venezuela, or Iran.

Today, it's happening in the United States of America... and I'm far from the only one who thinks so.

Look at that. Literally every group except registered Democrats has a majority that believes the Mar-a-Lago raid is what you see in failed states filled with corrupt autocrats.

Can you imagine comparing America to some of the most undeveloped countries in the world just 10 years ago? Forget circling the drain โ€“ we're halfway down it!

Still, half of all voters agree with the raid, because regime propaganda really does work and none of us are as immune to it as we think.

Although half of voters approve of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's raid on the Florida home of former President Donald Trump, even more agree with criticism of the unprecedented event.

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that 50% of Likely U.S. voters approve of the FBI's action in the Monday raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, including 38% who Strongly Approve of the raid. Forty-six percent (46%) disapprove of the FBI raid on Trump's home, including 38% who Strongly Disapprove (To see survey question wording, click here.)

In case you don't think propaganda and brainwashing works, here's ya go:

Holy moly are we in trouble.
