For any of you who thought our politicians were focused on "public health" instead of power, I am sorry to put the final nail in that coffin:
People who have received COVID-19 vaccinations are able to spread the delta variant within their household despite their vaccination status just as easily as unvaccinated individuals, a new study published on Friday shows.
I'm not making any claims about vaccination here. Data still shows that if you are advanced in age or have a compromised immune system, then the vax still reduces severity of symptoms. So that's nice.
What I do want to focus on is the discrepancy between studies like this and the government push to force-vax you and your kids.
Leaders like Biden are threatening to fire you from the job that feeds your family, to send the FBI after you if you disagree with school board policies, and to ban you from all public venues outside your home.
According to the study published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases journal, people who contracted COVID-19 had a similar viral load regardless of whether they had been vaccinated. The study further found that 25 percent of vaccinated household contacts contracted COVID-19, while 38 percent of unvaccinated individuals were diagnosed with the disease.
By the way, the delta variant isn't the last. There will likely be lots of new variants in just the next year, and that shouldn't be scary, because as annoying as this Chinese bioweapon is, it's not deadly to the vast majority of us.
"Although vaccines remain highly effective at preventing severe disease and deaths from COVID-19, our findings suggest that vaccination is not sufficient to prevent transmission of the delta variant in household settings with prolonged exposures," the study said.
It's almost like we shouldn't have kept the world closed past that initial 15 days and we should have just let the immune systems of healthy individuals create herd immunity instead of paralyzing everyone with fear and telling them we'd get to some zero-case fantasy.
The study also noted that you still have a 40-50% chance of transmitting the original strain of the 'Rona, even if you are vaxxed.
I asked this way back in May 2020, but which way do you want to choose, people?
