In the International Taco Bell 50k Ultramarathon, you must run 50 kilometers (31 miles) over 11 hours, while continously eating Taco Bell.
Yes, continously.
According to KYGO, the route around the city passes 10 Taco Bells, and according to the rules, runners have to stop at 9 out of 10 and order a food item.
Drinks don't count.
That includes one Chalupa Supreme or one Crunchwrap Supreme by the fourth stop, and one Burrito Supreme or one Nachos BellGrande by the eighth stop.
There's a strict no-puking rule.
If a runner pukes, they're out!
And, [runners] are banned from on-course stomach medicines, including ‘Pepto, Pepcid AC, Alka-Seltzer and Mylanta.'
Given that it's Taco Bell, runners probably need to use the bathroom, but they are only allowed to use Taco Bell bathrooms and one other approved public restroom.

Here's one runner who documented his stops on the challenge:
The best part is that the fun doesn't end after the run is over!
Participants can look forward to more Taco Bell runs for at least the next couple of days.
