Pretty simple.

Dude's lucky she didn't kill him with those shots. That's honestly a kind gesture in my opinion, cuz I don't know if I could ever keep my composure like that.

This all began when the female officer heard a commotion on the streets and came over to investigate. The scuffle (which sounds like it might have been an attempted robbery) died down and then, as you can see in the video, the officer tried to make her way out of there.

Unfortunately, she wasn't able to do that.
