This Georgia lawmaker is suing her county for firing her after she was found passed out drunk in the streets and then shrieked like a banshee at the medics who responded

I really have no idea what kind of a case Felicia Franklin thinks she has here against Clayton County, because this video of her seemingly passed out in her own urine, being transported via gurney into an ambulance, and then physically and verbally abusing the EMTs who were trying to help her kinda says it all.

For the record, Franklin, the former vice chair of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners, says she was drugged using GHB (the date rape drug), but tests proved that the drug was not in her system. She did, however, consume three Sidecar cocktails (basically brandy on the rocks) and a glass of wine. There was also marijuana in her system. So yeah, there's that.

Anyhow, here's the October 1 tape that got her fired:

[Warning: Insane, Rude Gestures, Banshee Screams]

She's seriously suing the county over her firing.

Yeah, I don't think that's gonna work out for ya, Ms. Franklin. That's one of the worst tapes I've seen in a while, and I didn't even realize you were a lawmaker when I first saw it. So now you've lost your position as Vice Chair of the Board of Commissioners in a unanimous vote and it's YOU who is trying to sue the county?

Again, not sure this is gonna work out for you, but hey, it's 2023, anything could happen.

The EMTs have not filed charges against Ms. Franklin, which is just peachy if you ask me. Forgive and forget in crazy situations like this, even if the lady tries to sue the county.
