Well, check out this fella over here.
Just a regular hard working family man who bought some of infamous cult leader Charles Manson's remains and had them TATTOOED DIRECTLY INTO HIS NOGGIN.
YES. This Charles Manson.

This story comes from Vice who had a chance to interview Patrick Boos to find out just what in the Peter Heck he was thinking. And he gives THE most nonchalant answers you can imagine.
Here are a few highlights.
They asked him what the story was with the tattoo and he said, "The tattoo was a once in a lifetime opportunity to me. A piece of history.... It's weird that Charles is a part of me now. Kinda creepy, I guess. And I don't think it will affect me in any way."
"I don't think it will affect me in any way."

They asked him about what he thought about Charles Manson sending his followers to, ya know, go and MURDER people. Here's Boos' answer:
It's sad for the victims of what happened, but, unfortunately, he is now forever infamously part of history, and I chose to have that DNA history a part of me.
Yeah, "sad"
That's is probably too weak of a word to describe being murdered by a cult, but sure, let's go with "sad" and "unfortunate." 😑
Also, did you notice in the picture that he had "Helter Skelter" tattooed on his head next to it? That was just so people would know for certain this dude was a psycho.
Ya know, just to add a lil context for the forehead Manson ashes.
They ended by asking him if he wanted to be like Manson (yeeesh! Talk about a leading question).
I don't want to be like him at all. I'm a nobody – I'd rather be home with my family than be around people. I'm just trying to get by in this world, and I like weird and bizarre things.
