The black supremacist who wrote this thought he stopped short of literally calling for white genocide by using the term "white supremacy" instead of "whiteness" in that last quote. But follow his argument here.

• He says whiteness is a "public health crisis" that "kills people." Whiteness. The state of being white. It's a danger to everyone else.
• He then says white supremacy in America exists "everywhere." Because there are white people everywhere. And all white people who aren't, as they say, actively "anti-racist" (meaning hating yourself for being white and dedicating your life to your lord and savior Woke Marxism), are white supremacists.
• He then says "white supremacy" must be isolated and killed, wholesale.

It's not hard to connect the dots. This is basically calling for genocide against white people.

I have taken the liberty of changing "white" to "black" in those quotes, below. In this case this article would be titled...

Blackness Is a Pandemic.

This is disgusting and that website is reprehensible. Change "white" to any other race and the person who wrote it would be called a neo-Nazi and banned from every corner of the internet.

And lest you think it's just some basement blogger, it's not. The Root is owned by the same company that owns The Onion, The A.V. Club, Gizmodo, and Life Hacker, and other popular sites.

This is beyond the pale and they need to be held accountable.
