This is in Ontario. Why don't they just say "vaccines available for everyone but white people"? Also, what the heck??

The city literally said "We have a life saving vaccine. Come and get it. No whites allowed."

There used to be a word for this. I think it started with an R.I mean it's literally discrimination based on literally nothing but skin color.
