Can someone please explain to me what it means to rough the passer in the NFL?
Because this cannot be roughing the passer. It just cannot.
Terrible!
No need to compare this play to other plays that weren't called. No need to check the rulebook.
This is simply terrible.
With awful officiating like this, it's no wonder people think the NFL is rigged.
