Nurse Lexi Kuenzle was suspended without pay from Englewood Health in New Jersey for calling out Dr. Matthew Jung's behavior and words following the brutal political assassination of Charlie Kirk last Wednesday.

Kuenzle says she had never met Jung before, but shared the story on her personal Instagram, which led to disciplinary action against her (the doctor was also suspended).

Here is her Instagram post:

Kuenzle filed a lawsuit on Friday in Bergen County Superior County Court, saying she had been wrongfully punished. Her lawyer is John-Paul Singh Deol, one of the top employment lawyers in the nation.

From the lawsuit:

She had the audacity to question how Dr. Jung can comply with the Hippocratic Oath's and the American Medical Association's Code of Medical Ethics while celebrating the murder of a non-violent Christian speaker who was on a college campus.

On Monday, it was announced that Kuenzle was being reinstated to her position and Dr. Jung has resigned from his.

NorthJersey.com reports that Englewood Heath said the following:

We have accepted the physician's resignation, and the nurse is expected to work her scheduled shifts.

You love to see it.
