On Wednesday, we reported that California officials were being slow, for some super odd reason, in identifying the semi driver who barreled full-speed into stopped traffic on Interstate 10.

As it turns out, the driver is here illegally.

(Because of course.)

As reported by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Jashanpreet Singh was caught entering over the southern border in 2022, but was released into the interior of the United States by the Biden administration.

Authorities say Singh was under the influence of drugs when he failed to notice traffic stopped in front of him. Dashcam video shows him colliding with multiple vehicles, flattening several beyond recognition.

Two of the victims were so mutilated and charred that officials have had difficulty identifying them.

At least one photo was taken showing Singh at the scene.

Questions remain around Singh's credentials. Was he able to obtain a CDL from the state of California like Harjinder Singh, who is charged with killing three people while making an illegal U-turn? Why was a Sikh-owned company (Sandhu) employing him? Who insures their trucks?

Considering 20% of the truckers on U.S. roads are Sikh, how many of the 12,000+ Sikh-owned trucking companies are hiring friends and family who are in the country illegally and/or do not understand English or U.S. road laws?

Californian authorities have not said if they will investigate the Sandhu trucking company (there are multiple companies with that name in California alone) for hiring an illegal alien who had no work authorization, or what penalties such a company might face.

But if Biden had allowed U.S. Border Patrol to enforce the nation's laws, the company would have never been able to hire him ... and three people would still be alive.

Who will be next?
