Remember the Spokane leftist crybabies who, through tears, condemned the hatred and blasphemy of youths who don't care for their LGBTQ+ religion?
Well, it's time for the tears to roll again, baby!
They're calling it a "hate crime" and charging these young men with FELONIES for scratching up a crosswalk painted with a lefty religious mural!!
The 19-year-old suspect is accused by SPD of malicious mischief with a hate crime bias and is currently in Spokane County Jail.
Vandalism of LGBTQ+ symbols in Spokane, which is a hate crime as of June 6, has become a chronic problem in Spokane over the past year. The downtown mural and Perry District Pride crosswalk have been vandalized multiple times over the past 12 months.
This is a little confusing. According to the story, the crime was committed Wednesday night, but the designation of this particular criminal offense as a "hate crime" wasn't in effect till the day AFTER the scooter incident.
I didn't think you could charge someone for committing a crime that wasn't in writing before they committed it. But maybe they took a cue from NYC and Donald Trump.
I mean, check out the damage!
Two of the young men are minors, so they will likely face a less harsh sentence. However, 19-year-old Ruslan Turko is facing a felony for his actions.
