Biden sends more troops to Middle East "out of an abundance of caution" as Israel-Hezbollah fighting intensifies

Miss those days when peace deals were all the rage in the Middle East?

Yeah, me too.

Now, not only is the Middle East aflame with violence, but the Biden war machine is fanning those flames by sending more U.S. troops into the region.

Pentagon press secretary Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder said,

In light of increased tension in the Middle East and out of an abundance of caution ...

(Don't you hate that phrase?)

... we are sending a small number of additional U.S. military personnel forward to augment our forces that are already in the region. But for operational security reasons, I'm not going to comment on or provide specifics.

We currently have about 40,000 troops in the region, so this would be on top of that.

Additionally, the aircraft carrier Truman, two destroyers, and a cruiser set sail to join the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, which is already in the Mediterranean.

American citizens were urged to leave Lebanon while there is still an option to leave.

Due to the unpredictable nature of ongoing conflict between Hezbollah and Israel and recent explosions throughout Lebanon, including Beirut, the U.S. Embassy urges U.S. citizens to depart Lebanon while commercial options still remain available.

Trump says he can put an end to the conflicts if he gets elected.

Objectively speaking, his record on the Middle East is certainly better than Kamala Harris's, who is currently in office. ๐Ÿ‘‡
