Okay, when I logged on to Twitter this week, I never expected to see this:

Yup, that's USA Today basically giving the green light to pedophilia.

Oh look, they even wrote an entire article about it:

I'm going to be honest: I'm all for the whole "conspiracy theories are just spoilers" talking point. I really am. But when it comes to pedophilia, though I've been very outspoken at the fact that it will soon make up one of the letters in the ever-expanding gay acronym, I just can't do it.

Talking about it in the future tense was one thing, but now that we are starting to see it from mainstream outlets, it's a bit strange.

But I guess, what were we to expect?

Here's a tad bit from the USA Today article:

Not all people who sexually abuse children are pedophiles. Some pedophiles never abuse children, experts say, and some people who sexually abuse children do not sexually prefer them, but use them as a surrogate for an adult partner. They may be disinhibited and anti-social, with impulse control problems.
