Payton McNabb was brutally injured in a volleyball match when a boy who "identifies" as a girl spiked the ball so hard it caused permanent damage when it struck her

There is no world where this can be allowed. It's unfair and unsafe.

But it's still policy in North Carolina and other states across the country (and in the NCAA).

We want to protect women's privacy so they aren't being exposed to men in restrooms and locker rooms. But we also need to remember that pushing back against men in women's spaces protects women from bodily harm as well.
