Now this is something you don't see every day — thank goodness:
A small plane crashed in the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway in Corona, according to the CHP.
The plane crash was reported in the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway, just west of the 15 Freeway at about 12:30 p.m. Two people were on board the plane, and neither was injured, California Highway Patrol officials reported.
I'm sorry, "neither was injured" after that fiery crash in the middle of a Southern California freeway?
I don't know who those people were but you have to imagine them getting out of that plane like:
The local fire department, meanwhile, showed up real quick and went into TCB mode:
Nicely done, fellas! They even got the job done fast enough that the plane was still recognizably a plane afterwards:
Just another normal day in Los Angeles I guess!
