In Tempe, Arizona, a dog named King (a very appropriate name) showed off his amazing prison break skills at a local pet shelter.
In the security footage, you can see him busting out of his kennel and then unlocking and opening doors with very little effort, though he could not seem to get the other cages open to let his friends out.
Watch:
Once he made it to the shelter's main office where the kibble was kept, King had himself a little doggy rave!
Unfortunately, not only couldn't he unlock the other cages, King also failed to deactivate the shelter's alarm system.
Jodi Polanski the shelter's founder said,
"The alarm went off. It was like 12 o'clock, 1 o'clock in the morning. I immediately looked to see what was going on and couldn't find anything happening, and then I saw the mess.
Tempe police were alerted by the alarm and arrived to put the kibosh on King's good time.
When the officer saw what was going on, he jailed King back in his kennel and then in an amazing act of going above the call of duty, he cleaned up the shelter.
"I had no idea the officer was going to clean up," she says. "I saw it, and I was just like, โWow, amazing man that he did that.'"
