It's the fierce battle of religions happening in France.

On one side, you have a Catholic Church attempting to build a new religious center in the commune of Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier.

On the other side, you have environmentalist wacko planet worshippers who wish to stop the construction because of the "environmental footprint" of the project and the potential endangerment of a rare plant.

Those are the details, but I know that y'all just wanna see the nun make the tackle. Don't you?

He did NOT see her coming! He was taken totally by surprise!

Sister had the angle on him, didn't she? She saw the man who broke past the initial defense, a chain of nuns outside the construction zone, and when he made his move she cut him off and dragged him to the ground.

The man was running away with some pipes that were to be used for construction and the nun did not have time for that.

This is the face of a man thinking, "I'm really about to get beat up by a nun, aren't I?"

But in French, of course.

The protests against the church's construction are going to continue. And the nuns and church members are going to keep protecting their construction site against environmentalist vandals and climate crazies.

Good on this nun for not backing down in the face of radicals!
