If you remember all the way back to the beginning of the decade that has been 2020, you may remember that literally everyone was scoffing at Trump's promise of delivering a vaccine by the end of the year. At best, media pundits laughed at it. Most of the time, they simply ignored it. At worst, they attempted (and continue to attempt) to give Joe freakin' Biden credit for something he's had absolutely no hand in.

Trump being Trump, he decided to celebrate the fact that the vaccine will indeed be available when he promised by making the media and his political enemies eat their own words, and he set it to some epic music for good measure.

I particularly enjoyed the part where Biden boldly declared during one of the debates that the vaccine will not be ready before the middle of 2021.

Regardless of your feelings on the vaccine itself, you gotta admit, we're really going to miss the president owning the media and swamp creatures if Biden gets into office.
