According to the report and the USDA whistleblower, the Biden USDA continued to attempt to skirt the judge's ruling by offering the loan forgiveness to anyone ... but they only told the minority farmers about it.
They got nothing. You know, it might not meet the legal definition of fraud, but it wasn't right. It was discriminatory, it was unethical, and the people who pushed it are still in charge of the agency ... Trump hasn't gotten rid of them.
