Folks, I don't care how upset you are about it, if the judge sends you to state pen, you simply do not leap through the air like a freakin' flying squirrel and tackle her:

Look, that's terrifying, and terrible. It's also kind of unbelievable. The guy jumps over 45 inches of judicial bench like it's nothing. It's an unbelievable feat.

The incident occurred in Clark County District Court. According to news reports, Judge Mary Kay Holthus "suffered a minor head injury but was doing OK." A marshal was also reportedly injured in the incident.

After the attack on the judge, the perp "is facing new charges of battery and battery on a protected person."

My guess would be they put him in leg irons for his next court appearance.
