This is the oddest and most unnatural gait I've ever seen:

He looks like a dude who came home super drunk from golfing with the boys and is trying like heck to walk like he's not completely schwasted in front of his wife.

Does he have a walking coach or something? Does he get pumped full of some sort of drugs that stiffen him up like that in an attempt to not appear like he's falling to pieces?

All I can think when I watch that is that he's repeatedly saying in his head "DON'T FALL DON'T FALL TRY TO WALK NORMALLY DON'T FALL DON'T FALL."

The Biden shuffle. It's sad to behold. Get that man in a rocking chair on a porch somewhere, for crying out loud.
