And I'll give you some context before I show you this video.

There's one minute left in the game. It's 4-3 Montreal (white), and the net is empty for Winnipeg (blue). Naturally, Montreal is trying to put an easy one in the net to go up by two.

But check out this extra-dirty hit Winnipeg's Mark Scheifele puts on Montreal's Jake Evans just as Evans slides the puck into the empty net:

And did you catch what Montreal defenseman Joel Edmundson had to say about the play during his post-game interview?

[it was a] dirty hit, but the league's gonna take care of it. And if he gets back in the series we're going to make his life miserable.
