Well, here's a story that could have definitely turned out a lot worse than it did!

This 7-year-old boy in Middletown, Ohio got the very bad idea that he would grab the keys, hop behind the wheel of his mom's car, and drive down to Speedway to get a slushie.

In the process, the boy managed to get the car on a major road and drive the wrong way:

At least Daniel buckled up first.

(Kids, don't steal your family car. Just don't.)

I guess when you need a slushie, you NEED a slushie!
