Y'all are not going to believe your eyes when you watch this.

This YouTuber from Milwaukee went into the bad part of town to talk to people about the Kia Boys, a gang of young men and boys who go around the city stealing cars.

Things are so bad in that city that people at gas stations are giving away steering wheel locks.

Kids are stealing cars, stunt-driving them, and recklessly crashing them throughout the city all for fun.

And, because it's left-wing Milwaukee, they get absolutely minimal punishment if caught. By their own testimony, it's 3 weeks and they're back out.

This is absolutely insane.

These young guys have absolutely no one to tell them not to do this stuff, and they have no regard for anyone's lives, including their own.

They're lying to their moms, their dads aren't around, their friends all encourage them to steal, and the law doesn't actually do anything to stop it.
