Disney faces woke wrath after renaming ice-cream dish to honor Women's History Month

There's a small part of me that actually feels badly for these large corporations and influential companies that either voluntarily go woke, or at least do their best to placate the mob of those who have.

The latest example of this hilarity comes straight from Main Street U.S.A. where Disney company has done this meme:

To celebrate Women's History Month, Disney Parks had a brilliant idea. One of their most beloved ice cream offerings, known as "Mickey's Kitchen Sink Sundae" is being temporarily renamed to "MINNIE'S Kitchen Sink Sundae," as it has been in multiple previous years.

The massive dessert made of multiple ice cream flavors and a boatload of toppings will be served throughout the month of March in a bowl that looks like Minnie's pants.

A lovely gesture towards the fairer sex, no?

Well, proving once again that no lovely gesture will ever be perceived as such, nor be received with grace and charity by the progressive woke crowd, the feminist hoards have descended on Disney for degrading women everywhere by associating them with a kitchen sink.

Yes, seriously.

"While I don't think Disney did this intentionally, the perception is associating a kitchen sink with a month celebrating women, a group of people who have historically been told that their only place is in the kitchen," said Dr. Betsy Grunch, a popular neurosurgeon who has nearly 2 million followers on TikTok… "Y'all did us dirty on this one," Grunch said in her video.

Other commenters jumped on Grunch's post to voice their shock and dismay.

"My jaw hit the floor," one person wrote.

"Makes me wonder how many women were a part of that process and how many were shut down," another said.

"Listen, the kitchen sink is a Disney thing, but I agree, they could have created something NEW and less…whatever this is I'm feeling," another commenter wrote.

Good grief. I think my favorite part of it all though had to be watching the USA Today report on it by dedicating half of their article to explaining how "gender stereotypes are harmful for everyone."

Gender norms prevent people from fully expressing themselves and their emotions, leading women, for example, to fear independence and men to bottle up strong emotions to avoid appearing "weak," experts with Planned Parenthood say.

Well obviously, if these are Planned Parenthood experts, then it doesn't get much more authoritative than that.

So far Disney has remained mum on the subject, not saying whether they will give in and bring to a close this little experiment in doing something nice.

Meanwhile, allow me to say that if anyone wants to name something as glorious as this after me, I'll take it:
