Tuesdays are supposed to be kinda chill days—you're back into the workweek, your head is on straight, nothing much is going on.
Unless you live in Australia, where you're always just a few short meters away from being hunted and consumed by something terrifying.
Such was the case in Yaroomba last week, when snake catcher Stuart MacKenzie responded to what he said was "one of the craziest things I have ever seen on a snake callout."
A gargantuan snake had invaded someone's home and attempted to swallow a dog's blanket, thinking it was the dog:
In a country where snake catching is a thriving, probably expanding industry, it's incredible to witness something that shocks even the snake catchers.
Upon releasing the beast, MacKenzie remarked:
Hopefully he'll go and eat some actual food items and not household items.
Yes, hopefully! But this is Australia, so probably not.
