Atlantic City is auctioning off the chance to blow up a former Trump casino. Perfect for someone with $$$ and a heart full of hatred!

This strikes me as a little petty. But who am I to say how you should spend your money?

Donald Trump's former Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino building, which was closed in 2014, needs to be knocked down. And according to The Associated Press, Atlantic City officials came up with a brilliant plan to turn petty hatred for Trump into cold, hard cash.

The chance to press the button that blows up the former Trump property will be auctioned to the highest bidder and the proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City.

They're expecting it will raise over $1 million! And, honestly, with the levels of Trump Derangement Syndrome in this country, I don't doubt it will.

Imagine being someone who loathed the president so much that you'd spend over a million bucks to blow up a building he hasn't owned for years, just because it has his name on it! Why not put that money toward something productive?

Like therapy.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small lived up to his name pointing out that this really was an idea spawned of pettiness,

"Some of Atlantic City's iconic moments happened there, but on his way out, Donald Trump openly mocked Atlantic City, saying he made a lot of money and then got out. I wanted to use the demolition of this place to raise money for charity."

Bidding closes January 19th, so you better scoot your bitter little heart on down to Atlantic City, NJ before then if you want a shot of giving full vent to your contempt for Trump.
