Bill Gates's $43 million beach house is finally ready and it's one of the ugliest houses I've ever seen

At long last, after many years, Bill Gates's $43 million bachelor pad is finally done:

Bill Gates's new mansion is all set for move-in... and you gotta imagine his neighbors are happy the home's construction is finished after years of disturbances.

The Microsoft founder completely transformed the multi-million dollar pad in Del Mar, San Diego, gutting the whole thing, adding solar panels and a bunch of other luxury add-ons.

After all this time and money and effort, you'd think this puppy would be a work of architectural beauty, right?

You'd be wrong.

☝️ I'm sorry, but that's just really ugly. Almost hideous. It looks drab, dull, muted, cold, uninspired, uninspiring. It's minimalist in the worst way. It looks half-finished and chaotic. How much money went into the remodel? Like $12,000? Also, what about those rising sea levels, Bill??

☝️ Oof. Real rough. Why are the umbrellas square? Why does everything look like it was built with Duplo blocks? It looks like there are so many places on this patio where you could easily die. Those two chairs up there — is that supposed to be a crow's nest? Where you can watch the sunset over the water? That's the saddest, wimpiest-looking little balcony I've ever seen in my life. You can imagine Bill Gates up there in the morning, eating a bowl of soy flakes for breakfast, all by himself.

☝️ If I had to live in this place I'd go mad. Just knowing this hideous, hodgepodge, anti-geometric insanity was just above my head. What a mess. If I lived in San Diego I'd petition to have it torn down by a wrecking ball as a public eyesore.

All the money in the world can't buy taste!
