Thursday was just another day in Chiraq:

As Mayor Lori Lightfoot has told us, crime in America's third-largest city is TOTALLY on the decline!

Look at how little these clowns care for human life. First they roll up in their Jeep and position themselves between two groups of people they want to kill.

They then begin shooting at the guys parked on the left of the street. You can see what looks like smoke from one of the targets returning fire.

Two of the targets escape around the building to the left, but one is presumably hit and drags himself across the street.

The attackers make sure to fire a few more rounds his way. You can see the muzzle flashes from their weapons.

They then turn to a group of people hiding behind cars to the right and pop off a few rounds before fleeing.

Think about this: These guys felt comfortable shooting up a city street at random in the middle of the day.

Multiple people were shot, including a 1-year-old baby who was transported via ambulance in critical condition.

Just to make things worse, this wasn't the only shooting in the city on Thursday. Per WGN9:

The shooting in Englewood is the latest in a bloody day for the city.

Around 6:30 p.m., a man was sitting on the Green Line train near Washington Park when he was shot in the back of the neck. Police believe he was struck by a stray bullet. His condition is critical.

Hours earlier, around 2:45 p.m., officers investigated a double shooting on the South Side that left a 9-year-old girl in critical condition.

Like Mayor Lightfoot said, everything is fine!!
