If you're going to commit murder, a virus with a 99.9% survival rate might not be your best agent of choice.
A Turkish car salesman apparently bought saliva from a person infected with the Rona (there's a market for everything, isn't there) and spiked his boss's drink with it because he needed to skedaddle with $30k to pay a loan shark.
Welp, his boss didn't die, forcing worst-assassin-ever Ramazan Cimen to run with the money.
His boss, dealership owner Ibrahim Unverdi, went to the media and police with the story, looking to get his money back.
The super intelligent Cimen saw the media story and got so angry that he not only confessed to his scheme via text but also proceeded to threaten his boss with a bullet to the cranium:
"I could not kill you with the virus. I will shoot you in the head next time."
Unverdi told the media that he'd rather die than bring COVID back to his parents, who both have chronic conditions.
"At least if he shot me in the head, I would be the only one to die. No need to be so evil."
Oh, and Cimen's wife said he tried to kill her via Rona cocktail as well! I mean, he had already paid for all that saliva...
