I can't imagine why Da Bears wanna move out of this city...

Chicago's Department of Public Health is seriously out here telling junkies and Lollapalooza visitors that it's okay to shoot up, as long as you're being safe about it.

Yeah, I guess if you're going to the Lollapalooza music festival, or if you're any kind of druggie, Chicago wants you to go ahead and use your coke, heroin, or whatever.

As long as they don't have to clean up any dead bodies off their streets, it's cool.

This comes after New York several weeks ago began pushing a similar message.

Public Health departments have no trouble shutting down churches and schools for the Wuhan Flu but they can't be bothered to even pay lip service to the idea that shooting up is bad for you.
