Biden just got demolished by Mike Pence in a new essay about Israel

Former Vice President Mike Pence took decisive aim at Joe Biden on Monday with an op-ed in National Review that absolutely eviscerated the current president's weaksauce foreign policy:

To truly appreciate this beatdown by the stoic Pence, you'll need to read the entire thing. In the meantime, here are a few specific highlights of this masterpiece.

Pence started by reminding everyone that the Trump administration actually made peace in the Middle East, despite the shrieking of mainstream media:

"Under the Trump-Pence administration, we made it crystal clear to the world that America stands with Israel. We withdrew from the dangerous Iran nuclear deal brokered by the Obama-Biden administration, which put the world's leading state sponsor of terror on the path to nuclear weapons while sending pallets of cash to the mullahs in Iran. We acknowledged Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights and the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. And President Trump kept the promise made by countless Republican and Democrat politicians by actually following through in moving the American embassy to Jerusalem, the capital of the state of Israel."

In case you doubt this, may I remind you that Trump was nominated multiple times for the Nobel Peace Prize over the achievement and that the peace allowed historic, significant photos like this one to be taken:

Pence then noted that Biden and other Washington insiders have been wrong on nearly every foreign policy matter of the past few decades, including Israel:

"Every step of the way, Democrats and self-proclaimed foreign-policy 'experts' derided our administration's approach and issued dire warnings that blood would soon flow in the streets of Israeli cities. As usual, they were wrong."

The former VP said the world "knew where America stood with absolute certainty" on Israel and that we would "respond forcefully if our citizens or allies were threatened."

Biden, in contrast, is being extremely weak on Israel. As a long-time Survivor fan, I can tell you that bad things happen when you start throwing your allies under the bus.

Pence held nothing back. Enjoy these specific quotes where he took Joe Biden's blinking face and metaphorically piledrived it straight into the ground:

"Every tepid statement uttered by the Biden-Harris administration is built on a false equivalency between Israel and Hamas. One is a sovereign nation with a legitimate government, and a trusted ally. The other is an internationally recognized terrorist organization that has fired more than 3,000 rockets at Jewish families and businesses in the past week. There is no moral equivalency between Israel and the terrorist group Hamas."

Straight. Fire. 🔥

Notice how Pence differentiates between Hamas and the innocent Palestinian people, unlike the media that likes to conflate the two in order to paint a narrative.

"Apparently, Biden learned nothing from the tragic foreign-policy blunders made during his time as vice president. President Obama's thin 'red line' in Syria, his decision to 'lead from behind' in Libya, and his slipshod withdrawal from Iraq each created power vacuums that were quickly filled by America's enemies."

Absolutely true. Take it from someone who lived in the Middle East and had many friends from North Africa, the Levant, and the Arabian Gulf during my college years. Obama and Biden made the Middle East less free and more violent through their policies.

"Now Biden is repeating those grave errors by creating a power vacuum of his own. He has replaced strength with weakness, moral clarity with confusion, and loyalty with betrayal. Biden's void, too, is being filled by America's enemies — and Israelis are paying the price in blood."

100% correct.

"Americans should pray for the peace of Jerusalem and stand without apology for our most cherished ally, Israel, until the violence is quelled and Israel's security is restored."

Mike Pence isn't the type of man who says things rashly. In writing an op-ed like this, he's calling it like he sees it, and in my opinion, he makes an insane amount of sense.

R.I.P. to Joe Biden's foreign policy! It will never recover from this takedown.
