Costa Rica declares state of emergency over flood of migrants passing through en route to 'Merica
· Sep 30, 2023 ·

Costa Rica's President Rodrigo Chaves announced a state of emergency on Tuesday in response to the growing influx of migrants transiting through the Central American nation on their way to the United States, according to a Reuters report.

In response to recent riots caused by migrants, President Chaves explained in a press conference that the tsunami of migrants is coming from Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, Haiti, Yemen, Bangladesh, and even China.

I have instructed the security ministry to take a firm stance with anyone who takes Costa Rica's kindness for weakness.

We all know that throughout the Americas there is a migration crisis.

During the press conference, another official revealed that over 60,000 individuals have passed through the Costa Rican border town shared with Panama, Paso Canoas, where fewer than 20,000 people live.

According to Zerohedge, since the start of the year, almost 400,000 migrants have crossed that border.

The migrant chaos in Costa Rica coincides perfectly with the devastating situation created by President Biden's open southern border policy, which resulted in a record-breaking month for August.

According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, there were 232,972 encounters with migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border in August.

In a statement issued on June 20 for World Refugee Day, President Biden basically invited and encouraged migrants from all over the world to come to America.

Welcoming refugees is part of who we are as Americans - our nation was founded by those fleeing religious persecution. When we take action to help refugees around the world, and include them, we honor this past and are stronger for it.

In the past few weeks, chaos erupted at Eagle Pass, Texas, and various other border crossings, with migrants flooding the southern border through an easy and straightforward commute via Mexican freight trains.

Take a look at some of the shocking footage:

This chaos is not okay or safe for anyone involved and is completely out of control. Not even Democrats can pretend!

Costa Rica already beat us to it ... where is our state of emergency?
