Democratic "Squad" Congresswoman called for abolishment of rent last year but still made her tenants pay thousands in rent

Respect the hustle: Ayanna Pressley, a noted Democratic congresswoman and prominent member of the hard-left "Squad" was last year calling for rent to be abolished even as she was pulling down some serious cash from—wait for it—rent:

Pressley's 2020 financial disclosure, filed on Friday, disclosed between $5,000 and $15,000 in rental income from a Boston property in her husband's name. The property was converted into a multi-family apartment after it was purchased, according to Pressley's disclosure.

Pressley spent much of last year calling for rent nationwide to be "cancelled;" as late as March of this year, she was still demanding as much:

Seems like it would have been pretty easy for Pressley to notify her tenants that they didn't have to pay rent last year. Maybe she wrote to tell them but her letter got lost in the mail. Heck, it happens to rental checks all the time, doesn't it?
