Is Don Lemon actively trying to get federal agents shot? You be the judge.

If you believe in the Second Amendment, if you believe in the Constitution — black people, brown people of all stripes, whether you're an Indian American or a Mexican American or whoever you are, go out in your place where you live and get a gun legally. Get a license to carry legally. Because when you have people knocking on your door and taking you away without due process as a citizen, isn't that what the Second Amendment was written for?

So, uh, first of all, ICE isn't rounding up Americans.

They're rounding up foreigners who broke U.S. immigration law and have deportation orders or criminal warrants signed by judges. The agents are merely enforcing the existing laws, in partnership with the judiciary, that the U.S. has had for decades.

Since it is illegal for foreigners to buy guns in America, is Lemon encouraging criminal gun crimes?

It should knock some sense in the heads of people...

Seems kinda ... mostly peaceful there, Don.

Nobody is illegal.

If that's true, then all nations are imaginary. I would encourage Don to proudly walk across the North Korean border as a dignitary of humanity, since laws and nations have no meaning!

Crossing the border is a misdemeanor.

Narrator: "Misdemeanors still get you arrested."

Wajahat Ali, to whom Lemon made the violent remarks, told Fox News that Lemon "has a right to express his views in the United States of America thanks to the First Amendment," although as many commentators were quick to point out, the Supreme Court has held that the government can easily prosecute speech if it is "directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action" and it is "likely to incite or produce such action."

Anyway, thanks to Don Lemon for showing us (again) how he doesn't understand law enforcement, border law, or the basic definitions of words.
