Remember that Florida lady who said she went to explore a drainage tunnel at Delray Beach and got stuck in the sewers for three weeks?
Yeah... it happened to her again, but this time several states over:
I'm starting to think this is not happening by accident.
I mean seriously, unless you're being kidnapped by the Mutant Ninja Turtles, I don't understand how this happens to you twice in one year... or in one lifetime for that matter!
Lyndsey Kennedy, 43, climbed out of a 6-foot drain pipe Saturday night and was taken to a hospital, her mother told West Palm Beach, Fla.,-based WPEC, a CBS affiliated TV station, Kennedy had been checked into a rehabilitation facility in Texas when she wandered off, she said.
She was last seen in the area near the Dallas suburbs of Grand Prairie and Arlington, authorities said.
Her family tracked her to where she had entered the sewer system using her phone's location. They then proceeded, I kid you not, to drop snacks down manholes in the area to feed her.
As a precaution, her loved ones dropped bags of food and Gatorade in nearby manholes in an effort to sustain her.
How is this a real story??
Kennedy has been taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation, which was probably a pretty dang good idea. Her family says that she has psychosis and PTSD from an abusive relationship.
How in the world that translates into a desire to climb through the dark, rancid, and claustrophobic sewer system of multiple cities, I do not know.
