Scott Renwick, a core training sergeant for the Northamptonshire Police, found himself caught in handcuffs after a training session gone wrong. After relying on the help of his friends at the Northants Fire Department to get him loose, he quickly realized he was about to go viral. All reports show he did not resist arrest.
