Let's see: How many counts of felony larceny did the former Biden DEI hire for the Office of Nuclear Energy, Sam Brinton, face for stealing thousands of dollars in women's luggage and clothing?
One:
Two:
Three:
How much jail time did the former deputy assistant secretary for the Office of Nuclear Energy face after pleading guilty to all three charges?
Zero!
Instead of facing jail time for blatantly committing serial felonies (with a maximum sentence of 20 years each), the cross-dressing puppy player's felony charges have been reduced to misdemeanor petit larceny, and he was sentenced to, and I quote,
... an adult diversion program in which he committed to undergo a mental-health evaluation, write a letter of apology, return any stolen property, and complete 50 hours of community service assisting the elderly.
We're beyond parody here, folks.
About the only good thing in this story is that the Tanzanian fashion designer he stole from forgave him for the theft when he wrote her the court ordered apology.
'Mr. Brinton has apologized to Asya Khamsin, and Asya Khamsin has forgiven Mr. Brinton,' legal counsel for Khamsin said in a statement. 'Asya Khamsin has decided not to publish Mr. Brinton's letter of apology, as she considers the letter to be quite personal, sensitive, sincere, and heartfelt.'
He also had to pay her an undisclosed amount of money from the lawsuit she filed against him.
Remind me: What was it that Biden said about no one being "above the law"?
