Here's Virginia Governor Ralph Northam telling you how to worship God
· Dec 10, 2020 · NottheBee.com

Someone should tell Ralph Northam that it's not his role to tell people how, when, or where they can worship God.

Listen to this:

He says,

"Is it the worship or the building?... you don't have to sit in the church pew for God to hear your prayers."

You can argue about the theology of what he's saying, but that's not really the point is it? It's not the role of the government to make such pronouncements.

And we especially don't need instruction on how to worship God from a guy who "proudly" signed a bill into law that effectively erased abortion restrictions in Virginia.

And yes, this is the same dude who got caught wearing blackface and somehow still survived politically.

Thankfully, he seems to just be making recommendations, but he's not doing a very good job hiding the condescension in his voice.

This came from his press conference earlier today. You can listen to the whole thing here. His remarks on worship begin at 15:38.
