Kamala Harris is so, so, so bad at this.

Just when you think she can't get any worse, she does.

This time the embarrassment comes on the world stage.

First, let's have very real and not robotic Kamala tell you where she is:

Oh good, thanks for telling us who you are and what you're talking about. Very public speaking 101 of you.

This next clip is just a regular flub, awkwardly laughing like the joker when she's not sure who should answer the question.

Yeah, sure, that's embarrassing, but it's at least somewhat forgivable given both leaders were confused.

This next clip is not forgivable.

I'm going to transcribe this whole thing so you can really admire the nonsensical and elementary nature of how our Vice President speaks.

Including pauses.

The UN has set up... a process... by which there will be... a review and inestigations and we will, of course, participate as appropriate and necessary.

We all watched (shrugs) the televison coverage... of just yesterday. That's on top of everything else... we know and don't know yet... based on what we've been able to see. And because we've seen it or not doesn't mean it hasn't happened...

But just limit it to what we have seen... preganant women going for healthcare... being injured by... I don't know, missiles, a bomb? In an unprovoked, unjustified war... where a powerful country is trying to take over... another country. Violate its sovereignty, its integrity, for the sake of what? Nothing that is justified or provoked?

Absolutely there should be an investigation, and we should all be watching! I have no question the eyes of the world are... on... this war... and what Russia has done in terms of this agression and these atrocities. I've no doubt.

She's speaking to this issue with all the mental acuity of a toddler asked why he stole a piece of candy.

Aside from the "thoughts and prayers" comment at the end, this absolutely nails Kamala on her weak, political speak and unserious attitude.

Harris going to Europe and representing the United States is an absolute embarrassment.
