I watched Candace Owens' BLM documentary "The Greatest Lie Ever Sold" and it was meh

Following Matt Walsh's outstanding documentary "What is a Woman?", The Daily Wire released a documentary from Candace Owens that purported to be an exposé on Black Lives Matter.

Here's the trailer for "The Greatest Lie Ever Sold":

The movie, which is a Daily Wire exclusive, had a live premiere on Wednesday where Candace Owens showed up with celebrities like Kanye West.

I've gotta say, the movie was utterly disappointing compared to previous Daily Wire releases.

This film was billed as an exposé on the entire BLM organization, but the first half of the movie is spent rehashing Candace's now-famous tirade against George Floyd and her defense of Derek Chauvin.

While you may agree with Candace's perspective (and I do in many ways), I didn't sign up to see Candace spend 45 minutes relitigating the George Floyd case.

I want to see the Black Lives Matter organization taken down.

Unfortunately, it's more than halfway through the movie before we get a focus on the problematic organization. Then, to my dismay, Candace provides essentially no new information about BLM and its shady practices.

I mean, our site has covered pretty much all of the financial corruption Candace examined in the documentary, and we don't have multi-million-dollar budgets and Kanye West as our guests on the red carpet.

The documentary pretty much left viewers to draw their own conclusions without any real actionable intel.

BLM is a 100% corrupt organization that serves only to enrich its founders, who live in cushy Hollywood mansions paid for by guilty white liberals.

It deserves a proper takedown... but this wasn't it.
