It's only March but 2022 is already shaping up to be a banner year for the boys!

Let's face it: For too long, the boys in America have been sidelined—we've been ignored, disadvantaged, deprived, spurned, stymied, and pretty much every bad thing you can name.

But fellas, 2022 looks to be the year when all of that turns around. Finally we are seeing the kinds of progress our forefathers have worked so hard to achieve: We are at long last breaking into the women's spaces that have been so long denied to us.

Consider: In January 2022, Amy Schneider finished out his absolutely relentless Jeopardy! streak, netting $1.3 million in winnings and becoming the first man to win the designation of "highest-earning woman" in Jeopardy! history:

That's guy power right there for you!

Earlier this month, meanwhile, Adm. Rachel Levine, the U.S. assistant secretary of health, was named one of USA Today's women of the year, shattering a glass ceiling that had long kept men off the previously exclusionary and bigoted woman's list.

Throw up another round of power for this luminous trailblazer!

And in the world of women's sports, we are finally seeing the doors open to semi-talented male athletes who for hundreds of years have been boxed out of the women's comps (and the women's locker rooms!):

You can appreciate the true historical gravitas of this moment. Picture the young men who now see that they, too, can obliterate the competition in a women's 500 freestyle. Think of the older men who fought so long and so hard for this privilege—nay, this right.

It's an exciting time to be a man in America. This year is going great and it's only going to get better!
